    Saturday 21/11/20 – Plate or KB some sort of weight for GTOH the rest is body weight.

    6 min rounds 2-3 mins rest between

    2 exercises per circuit back to back
    AMRAP in the 6 mins

    A1 3 walk outs
    A2 6 Goblet Squats
    Rest

    B1 3 Dips
    B2 6 Lunges Each leg (12 in total )
    Rest

    C1 3 Push ups
    C2 6 GTOH
    Rest

    D1 3 Burpees
    D2 6 Mountain Climbers each leg (12 in total )

    Don’t comprise your technique
    Rest when need to

    Skip Press Burpee

    Rolling clock Every 4 mins x 5 sets
    ( 20 mins workout )

    X 100 skips or 50 DU
    X 6 Hand Stand Presses or scale to Pike press
    Or 12 Press is
    X 12 Burpees over an object
