    In a 6 min window

    10 Kcals Ski
    10 DB Snatches Each Arm
    10 Kcals A- Bike
    10 DB step up each Leg
    10 Burpees broad jumps

    X 5 sets

    If you can’t complete all 5 within 6 mins
    Take rest after all 5 completed , recover then attack them workout again.

    Scale options
    Kcals / reps to 8
    Use a lighter DB
    Lunges instead of step ups
    Burpees off a box / Straight arm / chest and thigh take out the broad jump.
