Body Weight – The +5 AMRAP

No equipment needed just you , your mat , H20 and 100% effort
Warm up & mobilise
A1) Squat jumps / Air Squats
A2) Press ups
A3) Knee tucks double or alt
As many round as possible in 10 mins
Start with 5 reps of each exercise
Add 5 reps each time
How many rounds can you get in 10 mins
If you are feeling hard core or just you are crazy enough increase the timer to 15mins
Remember your technique rest when you need to
