    Mobility like strength, speed, power needs to be practiced often and not neglected.

    A quick 10 mins mobility warm up or use it as a full 30 min mobility workout, spend longer on each exercise, some days I do 4-6 reps others days I spend longer. Remember to spend longer on your problem areas.
