    Need –
    Rower
    Box or step
    DB for cleans

    Every 3 mins
    X 12 Kcals
    X10 Box Jumps
    X 8 DB Power Cleans

    X 5 sets = 15 mins work

    Or increase each to 8-10 as long as you can maintain pace you get plenty of recovery before you go again 🤙🏼
