    Easy workout can be done anywhere!

    A1 Floor press
    A2 Bent over row
    A3 Front rack lunges
    Rest 60-90’
    X 3 / 4 sets – 8-10 reps
    B1 L- sit press
    B2 Pull overs
    B3 DB snatches
    Rest 60 – 90
    X 3-4 sets 10-12 reps
