This is what is involved:
An 8 week nutrition plan that will change the way you look at food! DPP nutrition is an individualised plan, tailored to your needs, weight loss, performance or to gain muscle I can write a plan for you!
It is a Macronutrient, calorie controlled nutrition plan provided in coloured portion pots to easily measure macros without the need to weigh/ track or calorie count so makes it easy and simple to do.
Hitting all your macros ensures all you micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements) are reached, this drastically improves your energy, wellbeing, work, sleep, confidence and training!!
How it works:
Book in for a 1-1 assessment so I can take your weight, measurements, fat callipers and before pics.
From there I write an individual plan for you and email this to you within 7 days.
You also receive all to tools necessary to help you.
After 21 days you do a online check in to make sure your are making progress, sending me your weight and post 21 day photos
At week 8 we meet again for your final assessment and results, I then write a final plan for you to continue on your journey.
The 8 week programme is £95 and includes:
✅ assessments with me either face to face or online
✅DPP macronutrients food list to teach you about carbs/proteins and fats and how much to eat of each
✅A set of coloured plastics macronutrients pots to simplify the process (no weighing and measuring foods and no having to input grams into MFP!!!
✅ Family friendly recipes that are inexpensive to do.
✅Email Nutrition pack with top tips and tuns of recipes
✅A 8 week DPP food diary, explaining the plan and pots, and includes an update food list and lots training tips
✅Weekly support via email,
✅Initial zoom meeting with a full explanation of the plan
✅Facebook support group with over 350 members to share tips, advice and recipes, with lots of articles, research and support to keep you motivated.
Assessments are every Tuesday 4-7pm at the unit with the next zoom talks scheduled Monday 19th October and Monday 2nd November! Last chance to get 8 weeks complete and loose an average of 8-12lbs before Christmas!!
