Here’s the Christmas opening times, normal timetable up until Wednesday 23rd December.  Keep the momentum going over Christmas, make sure you make some time to keep moving – be it a long walk, run/jog or one of the  workouts here on the website.  No excuses!

Thank you for your contiuned support during lockdown 1.0 and 2.0 – there is no i in team and you’re all doing amazing. Let’s end this year on a postive and start 2021 as we mean to go on.💪💪
